Mr. Baker has 30 years of experience in the health care industry specializing in practice management and all aspects of Physician group issues including practice operations, strategic planning, mergers, new practice start up, group formations and income distribution.
In his years of experience, Mr. Baker has led several medical groups including a multi-specialty group, a general and vascular surgery practice, a primary care clinic, a pathology laboratory company, served as a regional director for a for-profit hospital company and was a healthcare consultant for a large accounting firm.
He brings experience in successfully integrating multiple practice sites, incorporating growth, quality of services and looking for efficiencies to reduce practice overhead while finding ways to increase revenue. His experience and expertise includes strategic planning, interim management and all aspects of Practice management.
Mr. Baker is involved in MGMA at the national, state and local levels.
